Return Policy

1. General Principle

PYRIDE LABS primarily provides digital services, including software subscriptions, custom software development, AI/ML solutions, security services, consulting, and enterprise or government projects.

Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital services, returns or exchanges are not applicable in the traditional sense.

This Return Policy must be read together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.

2. No Returns for Digital Services

Once any of the following occurs, the service shall be deemed delivered and non-returnable:

• Subscription access is activated
• Login credentials, licenses, or access keys are issued
• Project work has commenced
• Deliverables, source code, reports, or audit results are shared
• Consulting or professional time has been allocated

Accordingly, no return, exchange, or replacement is available for such services.

3. Exceptional Cases (Service Failure)

Although returns do not apply, we may consider service correction or refund review (not a return) in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Payment deducted but service not activated
• Duplicate or excess payment
• Technical failure solely attributable to PYRIDE LABS
• Service cannot be delivered due to reasons exclusively caused by us

Such cases are handled strictly under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions cannot be “returned” once the billing cycle has started
• Cancellation only stops future renewals
• No refund or return applies for partially used subscription periods

5. Custom, Enterprise & Defence Projects

• Returns or exchanges are not applicable
• All terms regarding revisions, acceptance, rejection, or termination are governed by the signed agreement / SOW / MSA
• Payments already made are non-returnable unless explicitly agreed in writing

6. No Exchange Policy

Since PYRIDE LABS does not sell physical goods:

• Exchanges are not applicable
• Replacement of services, if any, is limited to error correction or scope adjustment, subject to contract terms

7. Misuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny any request that appears to be:

• Abusive
• Fraudulent
• Made after significant service usage
• Raised to bypass contractual or subscription obligations

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes shall be effective upon publication on the Platform.
