1. Legal Status & Electronic Record

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. Platform Owner Details

The Platform https://pyridelabs.in (“Website” / “Platform”) is owned and operated by:

PYRIDE LABS, a Sole Proprietorship, having its principal place of business at 403 A Ground Floor, K.B.M, Chakdaha, Pin: 741222, Nadia, West Bengal, India(hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing, subscribing, or otherwise using the Platform or Services, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other referenced policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform or Services.

4. Services Offered

  • Software subscriptions (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly / Enterprise)
  • Custom software development
  • Software security services & audits
  • AI / ML software development
  • One-time project engagements (including government & defence)
  • Consulting, maintenance, and support services

Certain services may be governed by separate agreements such as SOWs, SLAs, or MSAs, which shall prevail in case of conflict.

5. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use services only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws

6. Pricing, Payments & RBI Compliance

6.1 Payments

  • Payments are processed via authorized 3rd-party Payment Gateways (PayU)
  • Prices are displayed in INR (₹)
  • Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged as per law

6.2 Payment Authorization

By making a payment, you authorize us and our payment partners to process transactions in compliance with RBI regulations.

7. Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation

7.1 Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless stated otherwise
  • Users are responsible for managing renewals

7.2 Cancellation

  • Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle
  • Renewed subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law

8. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided once service access is granted or deliverables are shared.

Exceptions may apply only in cases of duplicate payment, payment failure, or technical error attributable solely to us.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of PYRIDE LABS unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nadia, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Contact & Grievance Redressal

For any concerns or complaints, please contact us using the details provided on the Website. We aim to resolve grievances within 30 days in compliance with Indian law.
